All orders are shipped within 3 working days (Monday to Friday) provided the items are in stock. Orders usually take 7-10 business day to arrive. However, international shipments are made via international post and may take up to 4 business weeks to arrive. International shipments may also be held by your local Customs Authority for an additional 10-14 days depending on the customs laws in your country. Therefore, it is best to allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
Yes, most of the time a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, and we will provide it whenever your order status is changed into "Shipped" status. You will be notified by your registered email with this tracking number. Along with tracking number, customers will enter the shipping company's official website to check the shipping status of your package.
Yes, there is no problem to cancel your order by contacting us here in the hour following your order. But once the shipment has reached the Shipment Pending status we are unable to cancel or add anything to the order. If you need additional items then you would need to go ahead and place another order. At times it is possible to change your shipping to a faster level but you would need to contact us to determine if that is possible.
Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and concern. Once your package has arrived, we encourage you to open and check to make sure that the items that we made meet your requirement. Try your items as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing if applicable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and we will require a receipt or proof of purchase. In addition, only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. If for any reason you are not happy with a product you purchased, you can return it to us within 30 days for a refund. If 30 days have gone by since you receive your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Each BOBO BIRD product is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material or workmanship at the time of delivery for a period of one year. To maintain this limited warranty, the product must be operated and maintained in accordance with the care and operation instructions. Abuse, mechanical damage, alterations, or scratches due to abnormal wear are not covered by the BOBO BIRD limited warranty. Further, BOBO BIRD will not be responsible for loss or damage connected to the use of its product nor the life of the battery.
