All our products are shipped within 24 hours after your order. Then, the delivery takes 8 to 10 days to be delivered at your home. We have made the choice to take a private carrier to deliver the packages, the delivery is slower but this allows us to offer it to you with each order regardless of the amount.
🤔 Will I get a tracking number for my order?
No need for tracking number! Our tools "track my order" on our home page lets you know in real time where your package is and when it will be delivered by simply indicating your email address and your order number. However; a tracking number is provided by the carrier a few days after shipment and is automatically sent to you by email. You will be able to follow the progress of your order directly on the carrier's website. For any questions, do not hesitate to contact us !
🤔 I made a mistake, can I cancel my order?
Yes, there is no problem to cancel your order by contacting us as soon as possible after your purchase. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. You will however benefit from our 30 days money-back guarantee.
